when published: show first slide image not sliderocket logo
the user actually doestn know what the presentation is about, mostly the first powerpoint slide tells us what is the content, so we need it as starting image for the published version!

We now show a transparent bar across the first slide, so your first slide can be seen. The only exception to this is if you have a transition or build on your first slide - if this is the case, it will still show a black screen with the logo.
