It would be awesome to have a time setting, where every X hours or days, the offline player "dials home" to find the latest version of the presentation.

I'm using sliderocket for digital signage & don't want to manually update (or remote) each wireless PC driving each TV. Would be nice for them to automagically look for the latest file.

You could poss. do it on the host end and have it "bump" the offline players connected to it. Geesh, I don't know but it would be so awesome for it to be automatic.

BTW: sliderocket is a dream app. simply incredible.
